One thing I truly appreciate is how respectful and attentive the staff are. They’re there when you need them, but they give you space to explore independently. This balance makes the shopping experience calm and enjoyable — perfect for luxury shopping without pressure.

Don’t miss the BG café on the 4th floor — it’s a lovely spot to relax with a coffee and reflect on your purchases or just watch the city go by. Their lunch menu is great! One of my favorite spots in Geneva is also on the last floor the Temaki Bar by Kakinuma their sushis are amazing and personally they have the best matcha in Geneva!
