On October 29th, Livingeneva hosted an exclusive evening in collaboration with Sotheby’s Geneva — The Art of Luxury: A Private Masterclass. Held at Sotheby’s headquarters on Rue François-Diday, the event offered an intimate glimpse into the world of high jewelry, exceptional handbags, and rare timepieces, just ahead of Geneva Luxury Week.
Guests were welcomed into the historic Geneva saleroom for a truly exceptional experience — a guided journey through craftsmanship, heritage, and timeless beauty, led by Diana Casalis and Sotheby’s team of specialists.
A Masterclass in Excellence
The evening unfolded as a private masterclass and conversation with Jemima Chamberlain, Head of Jewelry Geneva, and Clara Kessi from the Watches Department and Morgane Halimi as handbag specialist. Together, they shared the stories and expertise behind some of the most coveted pieces in this season’s auctions — from the iconic Cartier Crash to royal tiaras and a rare Hermès Birkin Mimosa in Alligator.
Each object told its own story of artistry and legacy, sparking thoughtful conversations and admiration among the guests.
