or voucher for instant access, users agree to waive their right to cancel within 14 days under EU

5. Voucher Terms

Livingeneva acts as an intermediary for voucher campaigns and receives a

commission on each sale. The responsibility for fulfilling the service described in the voucher lies solely

with the third-party business offering it. Livingeneva is not liable for service quality, availability, or

changes made by the third party. Any issues related to the service must be resolved directly with the

brand.

6. Event Policy

Events are primarily hosted in English - Some events may be hosted in partnership

with brands or at third-party venues - When an event is held at a third-party venue, Livingeneva is not

liable for the condition, conduct, or management of the location - Any damage or issues occurring on-

site are the responsibility of the hosting venue

7. Data & Privacy

We collect names, emails, and (in some cases) business details to deliver our

services - By signing up for a voucher, event, or download, users consent to receive communications

from Livingeneva with the option to unsubscribe at any time - Data is collected via Flodesk and Google

All content (text, visuals, branding) on Livingeneva is protected by copyright -

Reuse, reproduction, or commercial use of our content is strictly prohibited without written permission

9. Liability Livingeneva is not liable for:
